The first day we’re open to the general public for normal business operations (not soft openings, friends-and-family events, private events, or invite-only previews).

If purchased before opening, benefits begin on the Official Opening Date. If purchased on or after opening, benefits begin on the purchase date.

Yes. Benefits apply when you are active, ID verified, and activated in the POS and/or self-pour system, as applicable.

No. Memberships and benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the Member.

No. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

A limited, pre-opening membership program with a hard cap of 250 total memberships across tiers.

No. It is not an investment and provides no ownership interest, equity, profit sharing, voting rights, or securities of any kind.

Yes. Tap Club glass rules apply, but Founders glasses include a tier label:

Replacement may be evaluated by management and may be at cost.

Credits by tier:

Credit rules:

• Redeemable in one (1) visit only
• Valid for food, merchandise, and axe court time, as applicable
• Not valid for alcohol
• No cash value
• No stacking with other credits, coupons, discounts, or promotions unless explicitly stated
• Credits expire 120 days after the Official Opening Date
• Items covered by credits are not additionally discounted

Legacy Founder includes one (1) 4” x 8” nameplate inlaid on a designated main hall table, subject to layout and design constraints.

• One (1) 4” x 8” nameplate inlaid in a designated Chipper Axe area location, such as a table or lane area, subject to layout, design constraints, and availability
• One (1) engraved throwing hatchet per membership

Glass labeling, nameplates, and engraving will be completed as soon as practical after the Official Opening Date. Timing may vary based on supplier and construction schedules.

An annual membership with member pricing on beverages poured through the self-serve tap wall, plus additional member perks at the Venue.

Tap Club term is one (1) year from Activation.

Yes. Maximum 250 Tap Club memberships per year, not including Founders. Founders Tap Club access is handled separately under the Founders Club terms.

When Checked In, Tap Club pricing applies automatically:

• Standard Taps, including beer, cider, seltzer, wine, non-alcoholic, etc.: 10% off
• Premium Wine Tap: 5% off

During Member Time, the Standard Tap discount increases by an additional 5%:

• Standard Taps: 15% off total during Member Time
• Premium Wine Tap remains 5% off

Member Time is Monday–Thursday from opening until 6:00 PM, excluding holidays and special events, unless otherwise posted by management.

Yes. Tap Club includes Wall Credits for tap wall pours only:

• $10 quarterly Wall Credit issued each calendar quarter during an active membership, up to $40 per membership year
• Quarterly credits are use-it-or-lose-it and expire at the end of the applicable calendar quarter
• $10 Birthday Wall Credit once per membership year, issued in the Member’s birthday month based on the Member’s profile
• Wall Credits apply only to tap wall pours and are applied through the POS/self-pour system

Yes. Advance Purchase members receive a one-time $25 Wall Credit available during the first 30 days after the Official Opening Date. Unused bonus credit expires after that period.

Yes. Tap Club may include special pricing on rotating food items as posted by the Venue. Items, pricing, availability, quantity, and participation may change and may sell out.

Yes. 10% off regularly priced Venue merchandise, excluding gift cards and items marked excluded.

Yes. Tap Club includes one (1) Tap Club glass to take home, while supplies last. Replacement may be evaluated by management and may be at cost.

Tap Club pricing and Wall Credits apply only to beverages poured through the tap wall and recorded by the self-pour system and POS.

No. Tap Club pricing, credits, and specials may not be combined with other promotions, coupons, comps, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated in writing by management.

A membership designed to reward repeat guests with value on axe throwing while keeping access fair and safe.

• Pre-opening: $99 upfront covering the first three (3) months, then $39/month thereafter
• On or after opening: $135 upfront covering the first three (3) months, then $49/month thereafter

Axe Club membership is tracked in 12-month cycles from Activation.

Yes. There is a 3-month minimum commitment. After the initial three (3) months, you may cancel anytime.

No. There are no automatic payments after the first three (3) months. After the initial three months, the monthly fee is due on the same day-of-month as Activation, or the nearest business day if closed. A 7-day grace period may apply at management’s discretion.

If payment is not made by the due date or applicable grace period, membership becomes inactive and benefits will not apply until payment is made and active membership availability exists under the cap.

Yes. Axe Club is limited to 100 active members at any time, as determined by management. Management may increase the cap as operationally appropriate.

When Checked In, Axe Club members receive complimentary open-play axe throwing during Axe Club hours, subject to availability, lane sharing, lane rotation, time limits, safety rules, and staff discretion. Private, reserved, or booked lanes/events are not included.

Yes. One (1) open-play session per day, consisting of one (1) 60-minute block. Management may extend the session if space is available and may adjust session limits based on demand, staffing, and safety.

Yes. One (1) guest per visit is eligible for 50% off the normal non-club member rate for axe throwing during Axe Club access hours, subject to availability and safety rules. The Member must be present, checked in, and actively participating during the same visit. Guest benefit may not be combined with other promotions or discounts.

Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM to close, subject to changes for holidays, private events, maintenance, staffing, or operational needs.

Signed waiver required before participation. Minors require parent/guardian waiver completion. Participants must be at least 12 years old and able to safely throw to the target, as determined by staff. Closed-toe shoes and sobriety are required. Staff may limit or refuse participation/service at their discretion for safety and compliance.

Yes. Management may adjust hours, discounts, offerings, availability, caps, pricing, program rules, and operations for legal, safety, operational, staffing, supplier, or business reasons.

Yes. Memberships or benefits may be suspended or revoked for fraud, sharing access, tampering, harassment, unsafe behavior, intoxication where applicable, chargebacks, non-payment where applicable, or repeated policy violations.
